BALDWIN, Clone - Putnam

Clone Baldwin, 64, Putnamville, passed away at 11:30 Thursday evening at the family residence after an extended illness.  Mr. Baldwin was born October 9, 1903, the son of Elisha and Saldie Jones Baldwin in Greencastle.  He was a member of the Baptist Church and was employed with the Rust Engineering Company, general construction contractors for about 40 years.  He was educated in the Greencastle School system.  He is survived by the wife, Mary; two sisters, Mrs. Josephine Vanlandingham and Mrs. Ola Duncan, both of Greencastle; one brother, Morris Baldwin, Greencastle; nieces, nephews and other relatives.  He was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.  Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Hopkins-Walton Funeral Home, Greencastle. Interment will be in the Putnamville Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 7 this evening.
